Yard maintenance includes: regular mowing, edging, fertilizing, watering, weed control and trimming trees and bushes. Weed control in the alley is also the responsibility of the property owner.

Trailers are not allowed to be parked overnight within Castle Ridge Estates

Any changes to the exterior of the home including paint, shingle color, construction and landscaping needs to be approved by the review board prior to the changes.

• Vehicles over 3/4 ton are not allowed to be parked overnight in Castle Ridge
• Vehicles may not be parked on the easements including the electrical easement and vacant lots.
• Be considerate of your neighbors when having friends over.

Temporary buildings can not be placed in the backyard.  Any permanent building is required to have the same roofing and brick as the home and must be pre-approved by the review board.
